Rise - Honey Processed - Costa Rica - Light Roast

Rise is delightfully different. Made up of lightly roasted, honey processed beans grown in Costa Rica - it really tastes different than most coffees.  These honey processed beans really give the cup a unique, naturally sweet and acidic cup.  Best enjoyed black with a percolation style brew(in my opinion) that emphasizes the fruit and honey flavors. Alternatively this will also produce a different, more modern espresso that is quite delicious. Rise is for those looking for something different than what they’ve had before.
