Wild - Ethiopia - Light

Wild is a very unique coffee with prominent blueberry flavors and a delightful natural sweetness. Brewing using a percolation brewer such as a V60 / Hario Switch highlights the fruit notes. This is a great coffee to get if you like to stray from the beaten path.  A really fun coffee to have friends try that aren’t into coffee.  It really highlights how different and good coffee can be.
